Arizona State University's College of Public Service and Community Solutions offers high-demand undergraduate and professional degrees leading to careers in public service at convenient locations in the Tucson area.
The Bachelor of Social Work program prepares social work practitioners who are committed to the creation of a more nurturing, just and humane social environment, and who are devoted to enhancing individual, family and group problem-solving capacities.
ASU’s program is one of only two programs in Arizona fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, making us a top program in the state. Students can complete their general studies and other lower-division requirements through Pima Community College or another Arizona community college before transferring to ASU to complete all required BSW courses at our location near downtown Tucson.
The ASU School of Social Work also offers a master’s degree in social work in Tucson. Learn more about social work programs in Tucson.
